Customer Reviews
Good quality, minor delivery snag
I ordered a 'Skåne' sofa from Jotex, and the process was mostly smooth. Placing the order online was straightforward, and the website was easy to navigate. The delivery took 12 days, which was a bit longer than I expected for a large item, but it eventually arrived in good condition. The sofa itself is very well-made; the fabric feels durable, and the cushions are firm but comfortable. Assembly was minimal, just attaching the legs, which was a relief. I did have a question about the care instructions, and I used their online chat support. The response was a little slow, taking about 30 minutes, but the agent was helpful once they replied. Overall, I'm happy with the 'Skåne' sofa and the quality seems to justify the price.
Consistent quality, reliable store
This is my third time buying from Jotex, and they're consistently good. Last year I got some curtains, and this time I ordered a 'Helsinki' coffee table. The quality is always what I expect for the price, and the delivery is usually within a week. I keep coming back because I know what I'm getting, and I haven't had any issues with their products or service.
Got a cool rug, looks great
Hey, just wanted to say I got this 'Fjord' rug from Jotex, and it's pretty cool. It really pulls my living room together. Ordering was easy peasy, and it showed up faster than I thought it would, like 5 days. No drama, no fuss. Happy with it.
Good chair, delivery could be better
I bought an 'Oslo' armchair during their mid-season sale. The chair itself is really comfortable and looks nice, exactly as pictured online. The pricing was fair, especially with the discount I got. However, the delivery took about 9 days, which felt a bit slow for an armchair, and the tracking information wasn't updated very frequently. When it arrived, the packaging was a little beat up on one corner, but thankfully, the chair inside was fine. Customer service was okay when I called about the tracking, polite but couldn't really speed things up. Overall, satisfied with the product, but the delivery experience could use some tweaking.
Great value on new bedding
I was looking for some new 'Nordic' bedding and found Jotex. I used their 40% off the most expensive item offer as a new customer. It made a big difference on the overall cost. The quality for what I paid is impressive; the material feels soft and looks durable. Definitely felt like I got a good deal. Worth the purchase.

Is Jotex generally good quality? Thinking about getting a sofa but don't want it to fall apart in a year.
Does that 40% off the most expensive item code work on everything? Like if I want a big sale item?
thinking about getting some stuff from Jotex or maybe H&M Home. Any thoughts on which one is better for like, general decor and textiles?
Hey, wondering about shipping to Berlin, how long does it usually take for like, a rug or some pillows?
